What is it?


It is a small retreat  with a different topic each time, focused on Personal Development and a Conscious Life Design.

It is designed specially for you, so you can give yourself a valuable gift: some quiet, alone time to think, breathe and feel. It is a space designed to go over how you are living and how you would like to go on. We also put down in paper ideas in order to make your process more forceful and practical.

We put the body in motion and calm the mind, so that we can use it to our advantage. This is an invitation to raise awareness about your present moment, which is where all your power of action lies.

How does it work?

Every meeting has a different dynamic (wether it is online or in person) and a different duration.

We always start with some movement to loosen tensions and renew energies. We use breathing techniques to calm the mind and achieve more focus and attention.

Then we share a moment of reflection: usually with questions and ideas as triggers, sometimes we work on a book, and others we use a more bodily technique, and put the body in motion. We always seek that some of what we experience stays in written: jotting down ideas, questions, answers, emotions, and any other thing you wish to have a record of, for your personal register and so that anything you wish to say, hear or remember has its correlation in your notebook.

Finally, we share a closure, coming back to the body: a relaxation, a small and simple meditation and most importantly, we thank and smile. A simple but powerful gesture.

How did it happen?

This idea arose from my desire to share some tools I learnt a while ago and I could say, without overstating, that have completely changed my life.

My intention is to help you create some alone time, and I now that this can be a lot more enjoyable and simple if we allow others to guide and help us.

Does it happen to you that you find it very difficult to find a moment when you are not running, a moment to sit down and think for a while (and feel!) and have a little chat with yourself?

It happens to me! That is why I thought of inviting you to get away for a while…So, this way, in the middle of the city but in the peace of a purposeful place, giving us a moment to occupy ourselves, release the mind, and jot down whatever the small voice in our heads sings whenever we allow it to…

Why? Because I am certain that our own well-being is the best gift we can give to the world, and it is all up to us. Because the moment you realize that you are the author of whatever is happening in your life, everything changes. And it is there that the magic begins.

And that is what I want to share with you!

More about the experience

I would like you to know that…

  • No previous experience is required
  • Every session is different
  • Even though we do it in group, this is a personal activity. Everything that you write down is just for you. It’s not necessary to share anything if you don’t want to.
  • It is not a lesson, because there’s nothing for me to teach or anything for your to learn. It is a guided activity, so it is easier for you to get into the dynamics and also enjoy the company of others.

You can always write to me before or afterwards if you need to talk, you have any doubts or if you think I can be of any help.
